- How do I create an account?
At the top left of the page you can click on the login icon. This opens a drop-down menu where you can click on “register”. Here you can enter your details and your registration is completed when you click on “register” at the bottom of the page, your account will be created. You will receive an email at the address with which you registered confirming the creation of your account.
- How do I reset my password?
Before entering the website, you can click on “forgot password?” Under the login form. When you enter the email address of your account here, you will receive an email in which you can reset your password.
- How can I place a bid?
You can place a bid by creating an account and logging into our webshop. You can then navigate to the page of the product you want to bid on and you will be given the option to place a bid on the right side of the page. Please note that you choose the correct shipping method and accept the terms and conditions.
- How can I pay?
You will receive a payment request / invoice as soon as you have won the auction. This shows the amount of your bid. The payment request explains how you can complete the payment. If you have any further questions about this, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
- When will my order arrive?
As soon as the auction of a product has ended, the products will be sent to the person with the highest bid who has released the product (s). The product (s) will be shipped to the specified address during your registration. You will receive a track & trace code as soon as the shipment has been delivered to the courier. This generally occurs within one to two days after the bidding has ended. Do you not receive a track & trace code? Please contact the seller of the auction.
- Can I change my details / address?
You can change your address by logging in and then clicking on “my account” in the drop-down menu at the top right of the web page.
Here you can change your details and that of your shipping address. You can also leave your company details.
- What data do you use from me?
We only use the data we need to enable our service, the website and the delivery of products. We do not use marketing cookies and do not sell your data to third parties.
Do you want to request all the information we have about you? Then you can contact email@example.com. Here you can also request to delete data.
- Can I withdraw my offer?
No, once a bid has been placed you cannot change it.
- Can I return my order?
If you do not receive a working or solid product, you can return it with the following return form and return your product. The product must still be returned in its original packaging. In addition, the product must not be damaged after receipt. You can send both the product in original packaging and the return form to:

After we have received your return and it has been approved, you will receive your money, including any delivery costs for the shipment, back to your account as soon as possible (no later than 14 days).
